How we operate

From opportunity to operation.

01

Start with a real need

Identify a specific problem and a useful product response before committing to a build.

02

Build the business with the product

Consider distribution, subscriptions and operational requirements alongside the software.

03

Stay accountable after launch

Operate the product, respond to support needs and invest in continued iteration.

Ownership in practice

A product needs a business behind it.

A useful feature is only one part of a viable product. Our operating approach connects what is built with how people discover it, access it and get help when they need it.

Distribution

Make the product accessible

Publishing involves the store listing, account experience and release process as well as the software itself. Our public product listings give prospective partners a direct view of work that has reached that stage.

Commercial operation

Connect access and service

For subscription products such as Kids Call Home, billing and access belong in the product design. They also create ongoing responsibilities for account handling, support and product updates.

Partnerships

Start with a specific opportunity

A useful first conversation identifies the customer problem, the proposed contribution from each party and what delivery would involve. Contact Fluid about ventures, commercial collaboration or a relevant contracting opportunity.

Government contracting

Commercial capability.
A clear procurement path.

SAM.gov registration active through 15 February 2027. Available for contracting and teaming discussions.
